Our team of double board certified physicians, physician assistants, nurses and pharmacists work under the direction of the patient’s referring physician, utilizing the most effective and efficient treatments available.
NTIC offersKrystexxa infusion therapy at our main infusion clinic, located at the Dallas Baylor Center Health complex, in the Worth St. Tower and at our Carroll Clinic North Dallas.
Our two convenient locations offer convenient patient parking, comfortable recliners and beds in a monitored environment to ensure our patient’s comfort and complete privacy. Our medical staff are available 24-hours-a-day, seven-days-a-week, and Medicare is accepted.
Referring a patient is quick and easy. Physicians and their staff can access the complete list of available services. Forms can be completed online, printed and signed by the referring physician, and faxed to our pharmacy. A copy will be sent to our business office who will get the patient approved for treatment and notify the receptionists when the patient is ready to be scheduled. Our insurance specialists work with all of the major insurance companies as well as the drug manufacturers for co-payments assistance.
Please provide the most recent labs and clinical notes along with the referral form. After the patient has received their treatment a copy of the infusion visit will be sent to the physician office for review.
