North Texas Infusion Center of Dallas offers Xolair (omalizumab) subcutaneous injections for patients with moderate to severe persistent allergic asthma who do not satisfactorily respond to inhaled steroid treatments.

Our infusion and injection services are administered under the direct supervision of double board certified physicians and specially trained physician assistants, nurses and pharmacists at our two convenient Dallas locations.
Our main injection and infusion clinic is located at the Baylor University Medical Center campus in downtown Dallas and our Carroll Clinic offices serves the needs of our patients in North Dallas and the surrounding areas.

Referring a patient is quick and easy. Physicians and their staff can access the complete list of available services. Forms can be completed online, printed and signed by the referring physician, and faxed to our pharmacy. A copy will be sent to our business office who will get the patient approved for treatment and notify the receptionists when the patient is ready to be scheduled. Our insurance specialists work with all of the major insurance companies as well as the drug manufacturers for co-payments assistance.
Please provide the most recent labs and clinical notes along with the referral form. After the patient has received their treatment a copy of the infusion visit will be sent to the physician office for review.
